The Tannery Complex Newburyport, Mass. A development of six acres near Newburyport town center. The project includes two new buildings, two historic mill renovations, and an outdoor recreational space. The program incorporates sustainable planning, design and construction and won a Boston Society of Architects Honor Award for Design and a Newburyport Historical Commission Preservation Award.
